You're Invited to the Manchester Roadside Inspection!

We invite you to join us at the Manchester Roadside Scales on March 20, 2025. This event is hosted by the Tennessee Trucking Association in conjunction with the Tennessee Department of Safety. 


This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on knowledge of roadside inspections with state troopers. Lunch will be provided. 

2025 UPDATE: Space is limited this year to the first 50 signups.

  • Work in teams led by State Troopers conducting Level I, II, and III inspections.
  • Learn how vehicles are selected for inspection and what determines inspection levels.
  • Observe checks on paperwork, log records, and equipment in real time.
