About Your Instructor

Mark Barlar, retired from the WI State Patrol, has conducted over 1500 DataQs with over 1000 wins for Reliance Partner clients, maintaining an over 70% win rate. He currently serves as the Director of DOT Regulatory Compliance for Reliance Partners. 

He will also have Daniel Vega with him, the other safety expert at RP. Daniel is a Spanish speaker and a former DOT inspector from Arizona, and he will assist with the class.
