TDC Hotel Room Request Form

Reserve your hotel rooms for the TDC event here. Please indicate the number of rooms you need, the nights you’ll be staying (Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday). If you have any special requests or preferences, include them so we can share with the hotel and help accommodate your group.

Please note: Submitting this form does not guarantee a room. Hotel rooms fill up quickly and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your room is confirmed, the hotel will contact you directly to handle payment and any additional details.

Arrival & Departure Dates
The 2026 Truck Driving Championships will take place Friday, May 1, 2026 through Saturday, May 2, 2026. Please let us know your expected arrival and departure dates. Participants are welcome to arrive on Thursday, April 30, to be in place ahead of the early competition start and depart on Sunday, May 3, to accommodate the late banquet on Saturday evening.
