Thank you for submitting your meeting and content request. Providing these details in advance helps us deliver accurate, timely communications to members and ensures the Council meeting runs smoothly.

Reminder: Forms submitted at least 3 weeks ahead allow us to schedule both the initial announcements and a reminder email. Requests submitted with shorter notice may limit available communication windows.

Share the name of the organization sponsoring lunch. Please ensure the sponsor is a current TTA member.  

Include anything we should know about lunch arrangements or recognition.

Additional Details

Use this space for anything else members may need, such as parking instructions, entry details, or special notes for the TTA team. You may also attach an agenda or flyer if applicable.
