Our speaker for this meeting will be Michael Crosa with Peter J. Crosa & Co. He will be speaking on What an Adjuster Does When an Accident Happens.

About the Presentation: You just got the call that one of your trucks hit something – a loading dock, a car, a person, or maybe even all three.  There’s lots to address, but how do we get from a new incident to a settled claim?  We’ll go through the claims process from a field adjuster’s point of view, cover some lingo, and review examples of real-life claims and how they were settled.

About the Presenter: Michael Crosa is an independent adjuster with Peter J. Crosa & Co, a firm committed to providing comprehensive claim and field investigation services throughout the United States and Puerto Rico for over 30 years.
