If your company offers products or services for the commercial motor vehicle community, don’t miss this opportunity to connect with our premier audience. Hotel Reservation Information:

Cancellation Policy: The hotel requires one night’s room deposit. Cancellation requests must be received fourteen (14) days before arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit. 

Hotel Early Departure Fee: An early checkout fee of one night’s room and tax will be charged unless the hotel is advised before or at the time of check-in. Check-in 4:00 p.m. – Check-out 11:00 a.m.

Transportation Details

For your convenience, we recommend flying into Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS), which is approximately 35-55 minutes from the convention venue. This is the closest airport to our location and offers the quickest transfer to the event.

Alternatively, you may also consider the following airports:

• Panama City Beach Airport (ECP): About 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes away
• Pensacola Airport (PNS): Also approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours away

Ground Transportation:

While there is no dedicated shuttle service provided, a range of transportation options are available:

• Car Rentals: All major airports offer car rental services for your convenience.
• Ride Sharing: Services like Uber and Lyft are available for airport transfers and local travel.

We recommend arranging your transportation in advance to ensure a smooth and timely arrival. Safe travels, and we look forward to seeing you at the convention!
