Randy Hooper is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Business Advisory Group. Randy assists businesses and their owners in navigating complex federal and multistate tax matters to optimize their tax position and comply with reporting requirements. He also proactively advises clients on a variety of exit strategies to help them thoughtfully plan for the future. While Randy serves clients in a multitude of industries, his particular focus is in transportation. As a member of KSM’s Transportation Services Group, Randy helps carriers realize greater company value by advising them on corporate structure, strategic tax planning, and providing general business guidance. He is also a member of the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services Group.



Brittany Schutter, Partner, Katz, Sapper & Miller

Brittany Schutter is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Business Advisory Group. Brittany provides strategic guidance to businesses and their owners on federal and multistate tax compliance and educates them on current tax legislation and emerging topics to help them make informed business decisions. She has experience in mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring, and advises clients on the tax implications of those transactions. Brittany is an active member of the firm’s Transportation Services Group.
