Please join us for the October Middle Tennessee Safety Council meeting held at GEODIS. 

This month, Alex Fath, Senior Director of Transportation Compliance & Risk at GEODIS will present on What's Working in Fleet Safety: Building a Defensible Nuclear Verdict Playbook.

Nuclear verdicts have reset the risk calculus for every fleet, and the evidence deciding those cases is data you already generate. We’ll examine what drives nuclear verdicts in trucking litigation, how telematics and safety data become discoverable liability, and how to build a defensible safety response. Attendees leave knowing how their program will be interpreted in court- and how to fix the gaps first.
